LOL, “it’s clear that the people are far too emotional to make a rational decision”
I wonder how long that “hysterical emotional state” will last?

Ok, while I admit I’m not the biggest fan of Gale, I do feel that this scene between him and Katniss is a bit…harsh. I mean, in some ways he does come across as a *bit* more remorseful for his actions in the film than in the book, but still, this moment between him and Katniss is sooooo…frosty
Snow: “Nothing says perfection like white”
I know another so-called president that would agree with that
Effie and her crazy outfit is a bright spot that’s very much needed
Noooo, everything is NOT going to be OK
I get the point Collins was trying to make about war and death and how it’s all senseless, but REALLY??? You had to do that to Prim????

I wonder if the situation were reversed, would Gale be able to shoot Katniss?
The remaining Capitol residents are both pathetic and pitying; pitying in their ignorance, but pathetic in their willingness to it
Ok, sorry, but I’m not a fan of the YA cliche where the two love interests talk to each other about how they think she’s going to pick the other over them while she’s supposed to be asleep
Peeta truly does have the makings of being a great leader and a part of me likes the idea of him one day being the new president, while another part of me wants him to a quiet live life faaaaaaaaaaaar away from all of this
